Returns
What is your Return Policy?
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, exchanges will not be accepted beyond this 7-day window.
How do I return a product?
If you'd like to return a product, please initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, contact us at +91 88980 80043. We’ll arrange a free pickup from the original delivery address to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
What is the cost of a return?
We have a free 7 day return policy with no additional costs involved.
When can I expect my return to be handled?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and completion of your refund.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or any of the following ways:

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated Standard Delivery Time: In India – 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery Time: In India – 2 to 3 business days
How do I cancel my order?
For any assistance, please use the chat option located at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Customer Service team.
Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
If you’ve requested a cancellation after the order has shipped, you’ll need to initiate a return for a refund instead.
I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
The shipping address can only be changed prior to the order being shipped. Please contact Customer Service using the chat icon on the bottom left corner of the page.
