Please note that orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.

When you have placed an order with us, the funds are temporarily reserved but you are not actually charged. When your order has been dispatched, we will capture the funds from your account.
